Overview: Manage and customise Salesforce org for a global NGO. Implement automated testing and continuous integration pipelines. Improve code quality and reduce technical debt. Work with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing ones. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. 5+ years of commercial experience with Salesforce, Strong knowledge of software design patterns and principles, Experience with Salesforce administration, Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
